Shinco is one ofthe earliest manufacturers of honeycomb ceramics in China.

Now a modernproduction line of honeycomb ceramics with an annual output of 12,000 m³ has been built. Perennial supply: honeycomb ceramic regenerator for RTO/RCO, honeycomb ceramicregenerator for steel heating furnace, honeycomb ceramic catalyst carrier,baffle brick, etc. The honeycomb ceramic regenerator has thecharacteristics of low thermal expansion, large specific heat capacity, largespecific surface area, small pressure drop, small thermal resistance, goodthermal conductivity and good heat shock resistance. It is widely used inenergy-saving technology of industrial thermal equipment, to improve theefficiency of industrial thermal equipment, reduce energy consumption andemissions, improve production and quality, it is an important and effectivemeans to solve energy and environmental problems.

Currently, the honeycombceramics are mainly used in iron and steel plants, waste incinerators, wastegas treatment thermal equipment, chemical plants, smelters, power plants, powerindustry boilers, gas turbines, engineering heating equipment, ethylenecracking furnaces and so on.


Product characteristics:


1. Reduce the heat loss of exhaust gas,improve the utilization rate of fuel to a great extent, and reduce the unitenergy consumption;

2. Increase the theoretical combustiontemperature, improve the combustion conditions, meet the high temperaturerequirements of thermal equipment, expand the application scope of lowcalorific value fuel, especially blast furnace gas, improve the utilization ratioof calorific value of fuel;

3. Improve furnace heat exchangeconditions, increase equipment output and product quality, and reduce equipmentinvestment;

4. Reduce the emission of exhaust gas andharmful gases from thermal equipment unit products, reduce air pollution andimprove the environment.
